Reporting if you have a problem related to a streetlight, tree, etc.

Visit our Report Other Problem page to report any problems related to a streetlight, tree, leased light, or reporting a power theft. We will attend to your problem immediately. However, please note that streetlight problems may take up to several weeks to get resolved.

Viewing bills, paperless billing, or questions about amounts

You can view your bill online any time or see a breakdown of the bill to see what each section means.

Why is my bill higher than I expected?

While electricity usage patterns are relatively stable, many variables can impact usage such as extreme hot or cold weather temperatures. If your bill seems unusually high:

Check your bill to see if the read was estimated; if it is, your next bill may be significantly lower when an actual read is performed. You can also check the meter yourself and compare it to the reading on your bill.

Compare your bill to one from the same time last year. You may find that the changing weather causes your bill to rise at this time of year.

Review our energy saving tips. If the cause of the high bill is weather-related, you can make changes that will lower future bills.

What Does "Remember User ID” Mean?

“Remember User ID” helps you log in without having to memorize your ID or look it up every time. When you opt in, we automatically fill in your ID from then on. To avoid unauthorized access, you’ll still have to enter your password.
